Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team in Texas. The role focuses on delivering safe, effective laser hair removal treatments within a structured clinic environment, educating clients, and maintaining accurate medical records.

You will prepare treatment rooms, operate laser equipment, and ensure patient comfort while upholding HIPAA and safety standards. The position offers growth opportunities and a patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols.
• Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results.
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records.
