Job summary

Kadima Health and Nursing at Lakeside in Pennsylvania is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The LPN will provide nursing services to residents, under supervision of RNs and physicians, and participate in care planning.

Shifts available: 7 PM–7 AM and 11 PM–7 AM. Applicants must hold PA LPN licensure, have at least 1 year of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
