Locust Grove Retirement Village is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will provide high-quality care to residents and help implement individualized treatment plans.

In this full-time role you will supervise CNAs, oversee safety programs, perform admissions evaluations, and contribute to a compassionate, team‑oriented environment. We offer benefits and growth opportunities.

Major Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents.

• Conduct and document thorough medical evaluations upon admission and throughout treatment.

Minimum Qualifications
