AMG Specialty Hospital – Central Indiana (Greenfield, IN) is seeking a High-Acuity Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time coverage on all shifts inside Hancock Regional Hospital. The role includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus, ESOP ownership, and a focused, patient-centric clinical environment.

Responsibilities include ventilator monitoring, advanced wound care, medication administration, and collaboration with RNs, physicians, and therapists to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Active, unencumbered Indiana LPN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in high-acuity settings preferred.

• Deliver advanced practical nursing care for high-acuity patients, including ventilator monitoring and advanced wound management under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and interventions for patients transitioning from traditional ICUs.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, respiratory therapists, and leadership to drive patient outcomes.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Licensure: Active Indiana LPN license.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS ensure readiness for clinical care.
• Experience: Preference for high-acuity setting experience and self-motivation.

We provide exceptional, high-acuity care to a small, focused subset of patients requiring extended ICU stays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management. Key Responsibilities

• Experience: Prior nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., Acute care, Step-down, or high-acuity LTAC) is preferred. Must be an engaged, self-motivated clinician
