THE FACILITY

• Medium~115-bed skilled nursing facility
• Long-term care, rehab, and memory care
• Busy environment with consistent need for LPNs

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Medication administration (PO, injections, treatments)
• Monitor and assess residents
• Perform treatments and wound care
• Supervise CNAs and delegate tasks
• Charting and documentation
• Communicate with RNs, physicians, and care team
• Respond to changes in patient condition

WHAT YOU NEED

• Active NY LPN license
• SNF / LTC experience REQUIRED
• Comfortable with 10–15+ patients
• Must work every other weekend (NO exceptions)
• Able to handle fast-paced environment
