Job summary

Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Agawam, MA to join our assisted living team. You will work under an RN, delivering nursing care, administering medications, and supporting residents’ daily needs.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, resident well-being, and adherence to care plans. Eligible candidates must have an LPN license, BLS/CPR, and be able to pass TB testing and health screenings. Weekend on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state.
• Must read, write, speak English clearly to ensure patient safety.
• Must provide TB test verification as required by state law and policy.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, report, and document patient data; observe changes and report to RN.
• Contribute to individualized care plans with goals and interventions.
• Administer medications and therapies as ordered by physicians.
• Communicate pertinent patient data to RN/physician.
• Supervise care provided by unlicensed staff per policies and procedures.
• Utilize PCC for documentation and maintain accurate drug counts.

Education
