Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. The hourly pay ranges from $37.00 to $39.00, with Same-Day or Next-Day Pay available, and weekly payments through RapidPay.

This role emphasizes dependable, compassionate care in facility settings, with flexible scheduling and local staffing coordinators available from early morning to late evening.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
