First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. Per Diem opportunities with flexible shifts, supporting care across multiple facilities.

Compensation ranges from $37.00 to $39.00 per hour, with Same-Day or Next-Day Pay options and local staffing coordinators to assist with scheduling and placement.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
