United Vein & Vascular Centers (UVVC) is expanding into New York and seeks an entry-level Clinical Technologist to support patient flow and clinical tasks. After a 4–6 week out-of-state training, you will perform responsibilities independently in a fast-paced clinic.

The role is ideal for Medical Assistants or Patient Care Technicians looking to grow, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred, BLS within 60 days, and a path toward professional development in vascular care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience as Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Surgical Technician, or Scrub Technician in patient care.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire (American Heart Association preferred).
• Prefer completion of accredited MA or Surgical Technologist program.
• Strong communication skills and EMR experience.

Responsabilités

• Patient care support: assist with patient rooming, verification, and vitals documentation; update status in EMR.
• Procedure support: prepare exam rooms, assist in sterile/non-sterile procedures, support in surgical procedures; follow safety guidelines.
• Documentation & Inventory: document patient information, complete consent forms, manage inventory, stock exam rooms.
• Compliance & Confidentiality: uphold HIPAA standards and company values; maintain patient confidentiality.

UVVC is expanding into New York! This is an excellent opportunity to partner with a growing organization to deliver exceptional vascular care, now in the New York market in early 2026!

There will be a four-week training period which will occur out of state in one of our existing markets. Travel is company paid.

New York requires licensed LPNs for this role

About the Role:

As a Clinical Technologist, you’ll be a critical member of our team, supporting patient flow and engaging in various clinical support tasks. After completing your initial training (4-6 weeks), you’ll perform all job responsibilities independently with confidence. This entry-level role is ideal for MAs and PCTs looking to expand their skills and take on new challenges in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care Support: Assist with patient rooming, verification, and vitals documentation. Use eCW to update patient status and maintain smooth patient flow.
• Procedure Support: Prepare exam rooms, support sterile and non-sterile procedures, assist in surgical procedures, and follow CDC and OSHA guidelines for safety and cleanliness.
• Documentation & Inventory: Document patient information, complete consent forms, manage inventory, and keep exam rooms stocked.
• Compliance & Confidentiality: Uphold all HIPAA standards, follow UVVC's Core Values and Standards of Conduct, and maintain the highest level of patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Surgical Technician, or Scrub Technician in a patient care setting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
• Certification: BLS certification required within 60 days of hire (American Heart Association preferred)
• Preferred completion of an accredited MA or Surgical Technologist program
• Strong communication skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Dependable, punctual, and knowledgeable in medical terminology

Total compensation is based on experience and may include base salary, bonuses, and other incentive pay.
