Recruitment Range: $46,220.00 - $56,812.00

Scheduled work hours/shift

Weekend Option - 12 hour shifts 6:30am-7pm. Schedule adjustments as needed/requested.

• OPTION #1 : 6:30am - 7:00pm F/S/S (36 hr - one week), F/S/S/M (48hr - one week), rotating every other weekend
• OPTION #2 : 6:30am - 7:00pm F/S/S; 36 hours/week - Permanent Part-Time

Shift Work Schedule Shift Premium

1st 6:30am-3pm 10% Weekend Only

2nd 2:30pm-11pm 15% Weekday & 25% Weekend

3rd 10:45pm-6:45am 20% Weekday & 30% Weekend

• Eligibility for Sign-on Bonus*

To qualify for the Sign-on Bonus, a newly hired permanent full-time or permanent part-time employee must work 30 to 40 hours per week to be eligible. Those who are eligible and working less than 40 hours a week will receive a prorated rate.

• The employee has held a position in the North Carolina State government, including the judicial system, or the University of North Carolina system, within the last 12 months (the employee shall remain ineligible for 12 months from the separation date)
• The employee has previously received a sign-on bonus from any State agency
• DHHS has paid any contract placement or recruitment fees.

Murdoch Developmental Center is a 24/7 state residential facility located in Butner, NC, near the Research Triangle area. Murdoch serves people with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).
