Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an office-based role in Paoli, PA. The LPN will support data collection, assessments and care planning, contributing to an excellent patient experience within the physician practice setting.

The position offers a day shift (8am–4:30pm), with opportunities for professional development, tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 yearly, and employee discounts. Prior office experience is preferred and PA LPN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate proficiently in English (oral and written).
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program is required.
• Current Pennsylvania LPN license or multi-state license via Nursing Licensure Compact required.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Association/American Red Cross) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the office care team with data collection, assessments and care planning to provide age-appropriate and diagnosis-focused care.
• Consult with patients and family and coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient experience.

Position:

Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Office

Shift:

Full-Time, Day Schedule 8am-4:30pm.

Experience:

• 1. At least one year of clinical office experience, preferably in the specified discipline of the practice, is preferred.
• 2. Must have ability to communicate proficiently in English (both verbally and writing) to perform job duties.

Education:

Must have graduated from an accredited school of practical nursing.

Licensures/Certifications:

• 1. A current Pennsylvania LPN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact is required.
• 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
