Job summary

Waterfront is seeking an LPN to join our team in Kansas. You will work under the general supervision of the community’s Director of Nursing to provide care per the patient care plans and to collaborate with physicians, patients, and families as needed.

You will also be responsible for documenting clinical records, communicating progress and education to patients and families, and reviewing weekly compliance reports for regulatory standards. Join our family as an LPN today!

• May require conferences with physician, patient, family members and other staff involved with patient’s care.
• Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress of patient.
• Review and maintain all clinical records, which are required for patient’s care and progress.
• Review weekly reports to monitor personal and staff compliance to all Kansas and Federal requirements including blood borne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety
