This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering nursing care in a correctional facility setting.
Providing comprehensive nursing services in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and scope of practice, and functioning as a Charge Nurse in the absence of senior staff.
The LPN will observe security protocols while delivering care and perform duties under the supervision of an RN guided by protocols from the Medical Director.
Graduation from an accredited LPN program, licensure in the relevant state, effective communication skills, clinical competency, and ability to work under supervision.
