Apploi at Nassau Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing. You will administer medications and treatments in line with policies and ensure safety and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in New York state.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Order and manage prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as required.
• Implement and follow designated care plans tailored to residents' needs.
• Perform essential duties including wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Accurately document all observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Uphold the confidentiality and rights of residents, families, and staff, adhering to HIPAA policies.
