Job summary

Nassau Rehabilitation and Nursing seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team in New York. You will work with the Director of Nursing to administer medications and follow care plans for our residents.

Key duties include wound care, treatments, and documenting observations in HIPAA-compliant records. A NY LPN license and skilled nursing experience are preferred; a $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order and manage prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as required.
