Job summary

JOBSTODAY.WORLD is seeking licensed LPNs to provide compassionate patient care across hospitals, clinics, long-term care, rehabilitation centers, and home health services in the United States.

You will work with RNs and care teams to monitor health, administer medications, record vital signs in EMR systems, and educate patients. A current LPN license in the U.S. and ability to pass background checks are required.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Multiple Locations Across the United States

Positions available in hospitals, clinics, long-term care, rehabilitation centers, and home health services. Assignments are matched to experience, license, and location preference.

About the Role

We are seeking licensed LPNs to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care across a variety of healthcare settings in the U.S.

As an LPN, you will work closely with RNs, physicians, and care teams to support patient wellness, monitor health, and ensure a safe and comfortable care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition
• Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Support wound care and basic clinical procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Communicate patient status with healthcare teams
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards

• Active LPN license in the U.S.
• Basic clinical experience preferred (recent graduates may be considered)
• Knowledge of patient care protocols, medication administration, and documentation

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care, acute care, home health, rehabilitation, pediatrics, or geriatrics
• CPR / BLS certified
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Previous LPN experience in multi-patient care environments
