Elara Caring is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma, delivering care to patients in their homes. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and collaborate with physicians to provide the Right Care at the Right Time.

Qualificações

• Current LPN license as required by state.
• 1 year of experience in an acute care or equivalent setting.
• CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Excellent communication and reliability.

• Document patient status and coordinate with the care team.
• Ensure safety and quality during home visits.
