Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team at Hays State Prison in Georgia. This role offers night hours (7PM–7:30 AM) with shift differential and rotating weekend coverage, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will provide holistic nursing care under RN supervision, following safety and infection control protocols, and collaborate with custody and medical staff to address physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in behavioral health, correctional, or ER.
• Active LPN license in GA (SL) or compact (MSL).
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance via the GADOC, may include drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing care.
• Follow established safety, security, and infection control protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with medical, mental health, and custody teams.
