Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our dialysis team. You will provide safe and effective dialysis therapy for designated patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.

This role emphasizes building strong relationships with patients and their families, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and adhering to safety protocols. A strong commitment to high-quality care and compassionate service is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN license.
• Additional IV medication class as required by state guidelines.
• Meets all state licensing requirements.
• ERSD experience preferred.
• BLS and CPR certification.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication with clients and staff.

Salary Range

$18.17 - $29.53 / hour depending on experience and qualifications.
