Goldwater Care is seeking an LPN to lead and supervise nursing assistants, ensure quality care, and manage day-to-day nursing tasks during 12-hour shifts. The role requires active licensure and CPR certification, with priority given to candidates with long-term care experience.
Responsibilities include medication administration, charting, and coordinating shift activities to meet resident needs and regulatory standards. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible hires.
The LPN is responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
