Willingham Works is building a candidate pool of Licensed Practical Nurses in Brewster, Washington and the surrounding 10‑mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening — we are pre‑screening to match you to the right role.

LPN engagements typically pay hourly (22–30 USD) and require an active Kentucky or Indiana license with current BLS. IV certification is a plus; hospital float pool and geriatric care experience are valued.

ABOUT WILLINGHAM WORKS

Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with healthcare facilities across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified LPNs for staffing engagements when openings arise.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Kentucky or Indiana LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in any of: long-term care, skilled nursing, outpatient clinics, home health, hospital float pool
• IV certification a plus, not required
• Geriatric experience valued
• Open to full-time, part-time, PRN, or direct-hire

COMPENSATION
