Job summary

CenterWell is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide professional nursing care across an assigned unit, clinic, or region. You will assess patients, take vital signs, administer medications, and develop care plans while maintaining medical records.

Qualified candidates have current LPN/LVN licensure, strong clinical background, excellent customer service, and a collaborative attitude. Bilingual skills, phlebotomy, EMR experience, and HEDIS familiarity are preferred.

The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region.

The LPN/LVN assesses patient health problems and needs, takes vital signs, administers medication, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$48,900 - $66,200 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
