Job summary

Elite Standard Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team in Missouri. You will provide resident-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment and help improve quality of life for residents.

As part of a skilled nursing team, you will administer medications, monitor conditions, document progress, and contribute to individualized care plans while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding resident care.

Responsibilities
