Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, patient-first care in our senior living and rehabilitation community. In this full-time role, you’ll provide direct nursing care, administer medications, support rehab plans, and closely monitor residents’ conditions.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote quality outcomes, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• LPN license in good standing in WA required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification may be required by state/facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.

• Support rehabilitation plans and monitor progress.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and responses.
