Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver safe and effective laser hair removal treatments in a structured clinic environment. You will combine clinical expertise with patient education to ensure clients are informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• LPN license in good standing is required.
• Demonstrated passion for patient care and client service.
• Strong communication and ability to educate clients clearly.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre/post-care and treatment expectations.
• Document treatments and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for safe, efficient flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss progress with clients and suggest additional treatment areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and client records.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and treatment room prep.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to support goals and patient satisfaction.

Your Ability to Make a Difference:

• Clinical Care:Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
• Client Education & Influence:Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
• Client Experience:Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
• Clinic Operations:Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
• Team Collaboration:Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan's standards of professionalism.

• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
• Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
