Job summary

Southern Hearts Homecare of Georgia inc is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home skilled nursing care under physician orders in Georgia. You will perform medication management, wound care, and routine nursing tasks in patients' homes, with emphasis on safety, infection control, and compassionate patient support.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia.
• Current BLS certification.
• TB test (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes.
