Position Summary: LPN, provide direct care to patients by administering medications, assisting with activities of daily living, and implementing treatment plans developed by registered nurses or physicians. They are responsible for providing treatment and support to individuals with mental illness, substance abuse, and other behavioral issues. The nurse provides assessment and diagnosis, treatment goals, and monitoring of progress.
