Key Responsibilities

• Medication & Supplies Management Order and administer prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment to support resident care.
• Individualized Care Delivery Follow and execute care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs.
• Clinical Precision Perform wound care, treatments, and clinical procedures accurately and safely.
• Thorough Documentation Record all observations, interventions, and resident evaluations with precision.
• HIPAA Compliance Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the rights of residents, families, and the facility.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensure: Valid LPN license in New York State
• Experience: Skilled nursing experience preferred (but not required)
