Job summary

Windsor House Inc. is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join the care team at Masternick Memorial Health Care Center in New Middletown, OH.

You will admit new residents, assign duties to nursing staff, monitor resident care, and supervise the team to ensure high-quality, compassionate service. You will perform ongoing assessments, explain procedures to residents, and uphold infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• LPN license required.
• Patience and compassion required.
• Strong critical thinking and infection control knowledge.
• Good observational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules.
