Job summary

Quality Talent Group is representing a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers seeking an LPN to join our client’s team. Roles include full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with day, evening, night shifts and weekend options.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license with experience in medication administration and patient care. Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills are essential, and familiarity with EHR/digital charting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
