Qualifications

  • Active unrestricted LPN license and 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
  • Active CPR certification required.
  • Strong clinical and communication skills essential.

Position Summary

As an LPN at our facility, you’ll play a hands‑on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include:

  • Administering medications and treatments as ordered
  • Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions
  • Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
  • Providing wound care and changing dressings
  • Supporting documentation and care planning
  • Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients
  • Serving as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team
