Job summary

Milton Nursing & Rehab invites an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate nursing team in Milton, PA. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, assist with ADLs, and supervise CNAs to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused care.

Requirements include an active PA LPN license and current BLS/CPR. We offer a $3,500 sign-on bonus, competitive pay starting at $35/hour, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License in Pennsylvania. Required.

• Prior experience in long-term care or nursing homes is preferred.

Milton Nursing & Rehab - now under new ownership – is a 138 bed long term care facility. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing nursing team. The LPN will provide high-quality, recovery-focused care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
