Job summary

PruittHealth in Georgia seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our post-acute care team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to monitor residents and ensure safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
