Job summary

Northwell Health is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care under the direction of a physician in our NY facility. You will observe, assess, and document patients' medical status throughout the treatment course and collaborate with the care team to support optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include administering medications, performing assigned back-office duties, and rotating as a telephone triage nurse while adhering to practice policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing or Nursing Vocational/Technical school.
• Current NY State Practical Nurse license required.
• Additional certifications as needed.

Job Qualification
