Job summary

Riverbend Health and Rehabilitation Center in Loveland, CO seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to monitor patients, provide compassionate nursing care, and collaborate with physicians on individualized care plans. Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
• Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medications and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.

Hourly Schedule:
