Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate nursing care in long-term and post-acute settings. You will administer medications, monitor resident health, and document findings while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans.

You will mentor CNAs and promote a culture of dignity, respect, teamwork, safety and quality in a faith-based environment, delivering growth-oriented clinical support.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
