Villas of Holly Brook in Illinois is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the Wellness Director and deliver resident care in our assisted living community.
You will assist with daily living activities, supervise medication management, train staff, and coordinate care plans while building strong relationships with residents, families and physicians. Weekend work is required and you must complete state required training to maintain licensure.
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who participates in the development and implementation of the Company’s philosophies. This individual provides resident care, operational assistance to the Wellness Director, and support to staff, and may coordinate the utilization of materials, equipment, and supplies. The Nurse is responsible for the overall implementation, delivery, and coordination of care services in the Community.
