Job summary

Helia Healthcare in Illinois is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring, team-oriented facility. You will provide hands-on nursing care under RN supervision and help guide CNAs to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, have LTC/geriatric or acute care experience, and demonstrate supervisory abilities. A positive attitude and commitment to our residents are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an LPN at Helia, you’ll provide practical nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while helping ensure our residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care. You’ll also help guide CNAs, because great care takes a great team.

Requirements

What We Need From You

• A current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Long-term care, acute care, or geriatric experience (a plus, not a deal-breaker)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
