Job summary

Willingham Works is building a pre-screened candidate pool of Licensed Practical Nurses for opportunities in Hinckley, Minnesota and surrounding areas. This is not an immediate opening; we are inviting qualified LPNs to join the pool for future staffing engagements.

Engagements typically pay $22–$30 per hour, with pay varying by setting, shift, and experience. We welcome Kentucky or Indiana LPNs who hold a current BLS and are open to full-time, part-time, PRN, or direct-hire positions.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Kentucky or Indiana.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, outpatient clinics, home health, or hospital float pools.
• IV certification is a plus, not required.
• Geriatric experience valued.

Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with healthcare facilities across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified LPNs for staffing engagements when openings arise.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Kentucky or Indiana LPN license
