Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for roles in skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Tennessee. Positions include Full-time, Part-time, and PRN with Day, Evening, and Night shifts.

New grads are welcome and daily pay options are available to support flexible scheduling. Responsibilities include administering medications, delivering direct nursing care, and implementing care plans while documenting patient conditions using EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
