Job summary

TLC Care Center – NV is looking for dedicated LPNs to join our clinical team, delivering compassionate care to seniors in a top-rated Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing facility. Qualifications

• Current LPN license in NV.
• CPR/BLS certification required or willing to obtain.
• Prior LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential and follow all policies and regulations.
• Collect, track, and review patient medical history, charts, and vital signs.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

What You’ll Do

• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
• Help coach staff as necessary

Requirements

• Current LPN license in NV
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment

Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
