Job summary

The Vivo Healthcare Meadows is hiring an LPN in Sarasota, FL to join our 120-bed facility. Night shift options, competitive wages, and strong shift differentials are available to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities include administering medications, taking vital signs, wound care, injections, and documenting medical histories. A current FL LPN license is required; benefits and a generous sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Current FL LPN license required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse with active Florida license.
• Experience working in a long-term care or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Give medication as prescribed by a physician.
• Take vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight).
• Basic wound care including cleaning and dressing injuries.
• Administer injections and immunizations.
• Collect medical histories and document patient information.
• Enter patient data into computer systems.

Requirements of the LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

• Current FL LPN license

Responsibilities of the LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
