Job summary

AccessHealth in Falcon, North Carolina is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a caring team. The role entails directing nursing services under RN supervision and delegating tasks to staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid LPN license, have a high school diploma with nursing school graduation, and be willing to serve as charge nurse and cover emergencies. CPR certification annually is required.
