Job summary

The Primary Health Network seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time role in Blair County. You will assist in delivering comprehensive health care as part of a care team, handling both clinical and front desk duties.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with wages determined by experience, education, and site location. The PHN offers a full benefits package including health/dental/vision, employer-paid disability and life insurance, retirement, paid time off, 8 holidays, a college savings

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Medical Office Assistant program or LPN; or two years clinical experience.
• Infection control knowledge and strong clinical knowledge.
• Administering medication.
• Venipuncture and injections experience preferred.
• Previous experience calling prescriptions under a provider's direction.
• Computer proficiency.

Location: Blair County

Position Overview

Assists in the provision of comprehensive health care as a member of a team of health care professionals. This individual functions in all areas of the office setting which may include both clinical and front desk duties.

Location and Hours of Position

The general office hours for this position are:

Monday: 7:30am - 5:00pm

Tuesday: 7:30am - 7:30pm

Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm

Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm

NO WEEKENDS

Not to extend 40 hours per week

Compensation

Position starts at $17.00 (MA) per hour, however, PHN recognizes experience, education and site location when determining wage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school Medical Office Assistant or LPN - and/or two years experience in a clinical setting
• Infection Control and strong clinical knowledge
• Administering Medication
• Previous venipuncture and injection experience preferred
• Previous experience in calling prescriptions under a providers direction
• Computer proficient
