Pillar Care Continuum is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for our residential services in Passaic County. In this full-time role you will support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining a safe, caring home environment.
Responsibilities include health assessments, medication administration, health records documentation, and participating in health and safety procedures.

Your role includes assisting with daily activities such as administering medication, administration of tube feedings and care of G-Tube site, hygiene, meals, and creating a comfortable home environment, and fostering meaningful family and community connections.
