Job summary

Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) in Yonkers is seeking a compassionate, bilingual LPN to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This full-time role offers a 35-hour workweek with full benefits and a hybrid work model.

You will perform health monitoring, administer medications, coordinate care with pharmacies and providers, document in electronic health records, and support telepsychiatry. The position requires English/Spanish fluency and a NY LPN license.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Current New York State LPN license.
• Experience in mental health/behavioral health or psychiatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting vital signs and general health monitoring.
• Screening for psychiatric, substance use, and medical concerns.
• Administering injectable medications.
• Managing medication refills and prior authorizations.
• Coordinating with pharmacies, providers, and primary care physicians.
• Maintaining accurate electronic health records and lab documentation.
• Supporting telepsychiatry and psychiatric scheduling.
• Conducting urine drug screens and breathalyzer testing.
• Assisting clients with referrals and continuity of care.
• Maintaining nursing and medical supplies.

• Ability to use electronic health record systems and related technology
• Ability to travel to assigned clinic locations, as needed
