Carthage Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Carthage, NY is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality care to our short-term rehab and long-term care residents. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, document accurately, and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support individualized care plans.

You will educate residents and families, support ADLs, and help maintain a safe environment.
