Job summary
Rome Health's Residential Health Care Facility is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. Work in a hospital-based 80-bed skilled nursing facility offering long-term care, short-term rehab, and respite care.
You will administer medications and treatments, monitor and record vital signs, support residents with daily care and safety, and collaborate with our care team to deliver excellent outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active NY LPN license.
- CPR/BLS preferred.
- Experience in long-term care a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
