Grifols, in partnership with ABC Healthcare, seeks a compassionate LPN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This on-site role will deliver hands-on patient care, obtain vitals, administer medications, support procedures, and maintain accurate EHR documentation.

You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes, educate patients and families, and uphold strict safety and infection-control standards across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active license.
• Experience delivering direct patient care in clinical settings preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR documentation and patient safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on patient care and observations.
• Take and document patient vitals.
• Administer prescribed medications and assist with procedures.
• Support clinical workflows and patient education for patients and families.
