Job summary

Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is seeking full-time licensed practical nurses for 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7am in Brentwood, TN. The facility provides skilled nursing care with a focus on dignity, comfort, and resident well-being.

Active TN LPN license required; 6 months LTC preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, life, and 401(k); daily pay and paid time off are offered. Must pass background check and drug screen; EOE.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in Tennessee is required.
• At least 6 months’ experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
• Ability to work with interruptions and maintain attention to detail.

• LPN = $32.00/hr base pay
• 2nd shift differential = $0.75/hr
• Overnight shift (7p-7a) premium = base pay + $4.00/hr
• No PRN positions available at this time

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides direct care as necessary and completes nursing rounds
